10x10x10 Mail-Back Box

Request the right vape box before you ship.

The $350 ResQ mail-back box is built for post-consumer, mostly empty nicotine disposable vapes. If you have filled products, returns, expired inventory, or unsold stock, select nicotine reclamation so we can quote the correct handling path.

Important: the $350 box is not for filled devices, product returns, expired inventory, unsold stock, leaking devices, damaged devices, THC products, loose batteries, or loose e-liquid.
Choose Correctly

Post-consumer vapes and nicotine reclamation are not the same order.

The source and condition of the devices matters. Used consumer devices usually contain far less remaining liquid than full, returned, expired, or unsold products. Nicotine can be regulated as P075 acute hazardous waste when discarded by businesses, so higher-nicotine streams require a different review and price.

Nicotine reclamation / higher nicotine load

Select this when you have full or partially full products, expired inventory, unsold inventory, customer returns, recalls, or devices with significant remaining e-liquid.

  • Expired or unsold inventory
  • Returns, recalls, or full devices
  • Higher nicotine content to manage
  • Additional handling cost applies
Not sure which box applies? Choose “Not Sure” on the form. It is better to review the stream before shipping than to mix materials that should be handled separately.
How It Works

Simple order flow, with the right checks up front.

We review the request before invoicing because the box type depends on what is going inside it.

1

Submit request

Tell us who you are, where the box is going, and what type of vape stream you need handled.

2

Confirm material

We confirm whether your request fits the $350 post-consumer box or needs nicotine reclamation pricing.

3

Invoice and ship

Once confirmed, we invoice and send the appropriate 10x10x10 mail-back box with shipping instructions.

4

Fill, seal, return

Keep streams separated, follow the accepted-material rules, seal the box, and use the included return process.

What Cannot Go In

Do not use this box for unsafe or mixed material.

The mail-back process depends on a clean, known stream. If your material falls outside these limits, tell us in the form so we can help route it correctly.

  • No leaking, hot, swollen, crushed, punctured, burned, or damaged devices.
  • No THC, cannabis, hemp, CBD, tanks, mods, pods, or unrelated e-waste.
  • No loose batteries, loose e-liquid, bottles, cartridges, or separated components.
  • No mixing post-consumer devices with inventory, returns, recalls, or confiscated items.
Business waste note: discarded nicotine e-cigarettes and e-liquids can be regulated as hazardous waste when discarded by businesses. Keeping streams separated helps avoid sending the wrong material through the wrong box.

Why the Price Changes

The amount of nicotine left in the box changes the handling path.

A box of used, mostly empty consumer devices is different from a box of filled products, returns, or expired inventory. Higher nicotine loads require more review, more careful routing, and additional cost.

Post-Consumer

Lower remaining liquid

Used consumer devices are typically handled as a post-consumer vape recycling stream when they are undamaged, mostly empty, and sorted correctly.

Reclamation

More nicotine to manage

Filled, returned, expired, or unsold products can carry a much higher nicotine load and should be identified before a box is shipped.

EPA identifies nicotine in discarded e-cigarettes and e-liquids as a hazardous waste concern for businesses. This page is for routing requests and does not replace your organization’s generator-status or compliance review.
